- Sunday roast chicken: Before putting your chicken in the oven, generously rub the flesh with this Meibon mixture. Baste it regularly with its cooking juices, turning it from side to side. Once out of the oven, its skin will be crispy and deliciously fragrant. ;
- Farce A few teaspoons of this mixture can be incorporated into a decadent stuffing made from cream cheese (like St Moret), bread and fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, tarragon...) and a few knobs of butter to further flavour the inside of the chicken; ;
- Barbecued pork chops Marinate your pork pieces in 1 tablespoon of roast chicken seasoning with a little olive oil. ;
- Potatoes Sprinkle the Meibon Roasted Chicken blend over your potatoes or sweet potato fries before baking or frying them. ;
- Homemade nuggets Add 2 teaspoons of Meibon roast chicken blend to your breadcrumbs and dip your chicken pieces in it before cooking. ;
- Marinated chicken Marinate your chicken escalopes in olive oil and sprinkle with Meibon mix
