Marinated chicken strips

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken escalopes
  • Potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Persil

Preparation

Slice the chicken escalopes into strips and, in a bowl, coat them with olive oil and 'Roast Chicken' seasoning.
Let them marinate for 1 hour and then pan-fry them.

Serve with homemade mashed potatoes, or pan-fried potatoes, but also oven-baked sweet potato fries!
