To sprinkle, it is best to use the large opening (so as not to waste any ingredients!)
Storage: store away from heat and humidity.
- Carrot salad Grate the carrots and dress them with a homemade vinaigrette (mustard, good quality sunflower oil, a mild vinegar such as Melfor, salt, pepper) and Salad & Pizza Mix.
- Goat's cheese pizza On your rolled-out pizza dough, spread tomato sauce. Sprinkle with Meibon Mix. Add slices of goat's cheese log, olives, and strips of red onion. Bake in the oven at 200°C.
- Fried green beans Whether fresh or tinned, sprinkle our Salad & Pizza Mix towards the end of cooking to add a fresh, herbaceous touch to your vegetables!
