- Sirloin steak on the planchaMarinate your meat with olive oil and Meibon Herbes de Provence for 2 hours before cooking. It smells like summer!
- Fried prawnsIn a frying pan, sauté the raw, peeled prawns with butter, a drizzle of olive oil, pressed garlic, and Herbes de Provence. Once caramelised, add a splash of lemon juice and white wine. Let it evaporate and serve immediately with vegetables and rice!
