To sprinkle, use the large opening (to avoid losing any ingredients!)
Storage: store away from heat and humidity.
- Barbecue pork ribs: brush the pork ribs on all sides with olive oil and sprinkle with Meibon Grillades mixture. Leave to marinate in a cool place for 1 to 2 hours. The more you use, the more the chilli flavour will come through. Grill the ribs on the barbecue, avoiding flames.
- Courgette Stir-fry: Thinly slice the onion and courgettes and sauté them in a frying pan with olive oil. Towards the end of cooking, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the Grillades spice blend.
