Whether used in marinades for your fish fillets or shellfish, in parchment parcels, or sprinkled before baking in the oven or on a griddle, it will bring new flavours to your everyday recipes! Our Meibon blend is «ready to use». It is self-sufficient due to the presence of salt already measured with various spices and flavourings. It is not necessary to add salt when using our Meibon Fish blend.
All ingredients used are guaranteed 100% natural. No additives or preservatives are used in Meibon products.
Ingredients:
Sea salt, sugar, coriander, onion, red pepper, lemon zest, garlic, mustard flour*, parsley, fennel, white pepper, rosemary, thyme, tarragon, bay leaf, olive oil.
Allergen: Mustard

Tips for use and easy recipe ideas:
To sprinkle, preferably use the wide opening (so as not to lose any of the ingredients!
Storage: Keep the jar away from heat and humidity.
- Marinated cod loin Marinate your steaks in olive oil and sprinkle them with Meibonet mix and a drizzle of lemon juice before cooking on the griddle.
- Two saithe fillets, baked in parchment: Follow our recipe below! Full of flavour in one bite!
- Baked trout After thoroughly gutting, cleaning, and drying your trout, brush it inside and out with olive oil. Sprinkle it all over with Meibon fish spices and rub the flesh to let the spices penetrate. Stuff it with unpeeled garlic cloves, a few slices of lemon, and sprigs of fresh thyme before baking for 15 minutes at 210°C. An explosion of flavour!

So this one is my favourite. It doesn't look like much, you think «fish» yes, but taste it before you put it in your dish. For me, it pairs with much more than just fish, in stir-fries, with sautéed potatoes! There's a slight sweet note that makes all the difference.
