oven to <b>180\u00b0C<\/b>.<\/p><p>Lay the fish (pollock or any other white fish) onto a rectangle of baking parchment. The sheet should be at least 10 cm larger on each side of the fillet.<\/p><p>Start by adding a dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice and 1 tbsp of dry white wine.<\/p><p>Napper ensuite le poisson d&rsquo;un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, et saupoudrer sur la surface du filet les \u00e9pices sp\u00e9ciale poisson.<\/p><p>Add 2 whole peeled garlic cloves.<\/p><p>Slice the carrots, peppers and onions thinly. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Arrange the vegetables in your parcels as desired!<\/p><p>Reseal your baking parchment by forming it into a sort of sweet. To prevent leaks, place them in an ovenproof dish.<\/p><p>Bake for a maximum of 15 to 25 minutes, depending on whether you prefer the fish rare or well-done.<\/p><p>Arrange your fish and vegetables on
